Guidelines for Registration
To ensure compliance with conference regulations and to protect your rights as a participant of the Symposium & Meeting (hereinafter referred to as the “Conference” for simplicity), please read the registration guidelines carefully.
Eligibility
- APITS & TSTS 2026 warmly welcomes all eligible participants to register for the Conference. During the Conference, presenters will have the opportunity to present their accepted abstracts and engage in academic exchange with international experts.
- All participants are required to complete registration through the official online registration system during the designated registration period.

Registration Phases and Period
- Participants may register and complete payment online during the following registration periods:
15 January – 24 April (23:59) Early-Bird Registration 25 April (00:00) – 30 June (23:59) Regular Registration - On-site registration will be available at the conference venue during the operating hours of the registration counter. However, participants are strongly encouraged to complete online registration and full payment in advance to ensure smooth registration process.
- All deadlines and times are based on Taiwan Time (GMT+8).

Registration Requirements
- Registrants must be aware that their total registration fees are calculated based on the registration phase and applicable category.
- Participants registering under the Student or Fellow category are required to provide valid proof of status (student identification or a Certificate of Clinical Training in Taiwan) for verification prior to completing registration.
- Only credit card payments are accepted. Fees displayed in USD will be converted and charged in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) based on the exchange rate applied on the day of payment.
- Each overseas participant may register one accompanying person only, who must be registered under the primary registrant’s account.
General Policies
- Participants will be officially registered and admitted to the Conference only upon completion of both registration and payment.
- Each account is limited to one online registration only.
- The Registration Office shall not be held responsible for any errors in submitted registration information. Registrants are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information and compliance with registration regulations prior to final submission.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- All requests for registration modification or cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Registration Office via email: < apits.reg@elitepco.com.tw >.
- All refunds will be processed via the original credit card used for payment after the conclusion of the Conference.
- 80% refund will be granted for cancellation requests received on or before 24 April 2026 (inclusive).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 24 April 2026.
- No-show participants are not eligible for any refund.
- For refund requests, please download and fill in the Refund Application Form , then email to the Registration Office in PDF format.
Final Reminder
- The APITS & TSTS 2026 Online Registration System will close at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 30 June 2026. Any payment not completed before the online registration deadline will be charged according to the on-site registration rate, unless otherwise specified.

Q：I am already a TSTS member. Do I still need to register through the online system?
Ａ：Yes. All TSTS members are required to create an account and complete registration through the APITS & TSTS 2026 Online Registration System. Please note that annual membership dues must be settled separately via the official TSTS website.
Q：Can I revise my registration information after submission?
Ａ：Registrants are strongly advised to ensure all information is accurate before submission. Once submitted, registration details cannot be manually edited through the system. Please update your profile information prior to initiating registration.
Q：How are domestic and overseas participants defined?
Ａ：Please refer to the table below for classification based on nationality and country of affiliation.

Q：Can I register on behalf of other participants?
Ａ：No. Except for accompanying persons, all participants must register individually using their own accounts.
Q：Is registration required for presenting an accepted abstract?
Ａ：Yes. All presenters must complete online registration in order to present at APITS & TSTS 2026. Presenters are advised to register promptly upon receiving abstract acceptance notification.
Q：What is the registration deadline for presenters?
Ａ：All presenters must complete registration and full payment no later than the Early-Bird Registration Deadline.
Q：As a domestic non-TSTS member, do I need to register online if I do not plan to attend the Gala Dinner?
Ａ：Yes. Regardless of attendance at social events, all participants are required to complete online registration to be recognised as valid conference participants.
Q：What type of registrants are classified as “Regular Participants” under the overseas category?
Ａ：Except for accompanying persons, “Regular Participants” refer to all overseas participants who register under their own individual identity, regardless of the applicable registration fee category.
