The organizing committee reserves the right to stop presentations that exceed the allocated time.
The conference room will be equipped with:

If you require any special equipment, please contact the conference secretariat in advance.
Presenters are requested to arrive at the session room at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
Please introduce yourself to the session chair upon arrival.
Please prepare your presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.pptx) or PDF format.
Limit the amount of text on each slide.
Use figures, charts, and images where appropriate.
Ensure all data and images are properly cited.
Slide ratio: 16:9 widescreen format.

Please ensure that all text, figures, and tables are clear and readable from a distance of at least 1 meter.
Please use the following template to prepare your poster:
The poster should include:
- Title
- Author(s) and affiliation(s)
- Introduction / Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- References (if applicable)
- Use large, easy-to-read fonts:
- Title: minimum 72 pt
- Section headings: minimum 36 pt
- Body text: minimum 24 pt
- Use concise text and clear visuals.
- Avoid overcrowding the poster with excessive information.
- High-quality images and charts are strongly recommended.
- Presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their posters according to the assigned schedule.
- Poster Mounting Time: July 11, 17:30–18:00
- Poster Removal Time: July 12, 15:30–16:00
- Mounting materials (e.g., double-sided tape) will be provided on-site.
- Posters not removed by the designated time may be discarded by the organizing committee.
- Poster Walk presenters are requested to stand by their posters during the official poster session for discussion and Q&A.
- Poster Walk Session: July 11, 13:00–14:00
- Please arrive at the poster area at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
- Poster boards will be labeled with poster numbers corresponding to the conference program.
- Please place your poster on the correct board number.
- Printing services will not be available onsite.
- The organizing committee is not responsible for lost or damaged posters.
